What Should I Do Before Submitting A Request

A:

1. CHECK YOUR CONNECTIONS, make sure computer power cords,surge protectors, mouse, keyboard and monitor cords are plugged in.

2.CHECK FOR OVERHEATING, make sure you have not blocked the rear cooling fan vents, causing your computer to overheat.

3. REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER. Sometimes just logging off, shutting down and turning your computer back on will reset your computer and put you back online. Give it a try first, then place a request if these tips don't help

When I try to save the video locally I don't get prompted where to save the file, how can I save it to my desktop?

A:

Right click on the floppy-disk download icon and select save target as, and then the video can be saved to your computer.
