| Q: | After GroupWise 7 upgrade my File - Open box looks different. |
| A: | The GroupWise 7 Upgrade installs GroupWise Integration allowing you to save to GroupWise easier. You can switch to the normal Dialog box by clicking "Use Application Dialog" in the lower left corner. Or you can disable Integration so everything will run like it did before by clicking Tools - Options - Documents - Integrations Tab - Uncheck enable integrations. |

| A: | To default GW to view HTML messages click Tools - Options - Environment - Views, Select default Compose and Read Views as HTML. |
| Q: | Digital Signature Not Found error installing printers |
| A: | This does not appear on all PCs. Digital Signature error is really just an informational error. Digital signatures are Microsofts way of saying the driver has passed their compatability test lab and works on Windows. The error means that for some reason the signature for the print driver being installed was not verified by that particular PC. Clicking yes will allow the driver to be installed and once the driver is installed the error goes away. This error could appear for many of the print drivers being installed on the PC so it could appear numerous times until all drivers have been installed. Just continue to click yes and the error will go away. |
