Please provide the following information in your trouble ticket:
Computer/Printer Name *To obtain your computer name, Right-Click on My Computer located on your desktop and then click Properties. There is a tab labeled Computer Name and underneath that tab, you'll see Full computer name.
Location of problem being reported
Brand and Model of Equipment or Version of Software
Any error messages that are received
Have you restarted the equipment lately? A simple reboot may resolve the issue you are currently experiencing.
If you are experiencing problems accessing networked resources such as printers or shared folders, please make certain that you are logged into the computer using your KishID and not the Public account.
KishSOS and KishConnect will be unavailable the first thursday of each month from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for regular maintenance and updates.
